Freelance Web Developer. ~ Atlanta, Georgia On occasion, my brother, Sebastian Van Dyke, and I
work together on freelance projects that require my expertise in ASP.NET and/or SQL Server database
modeling. I also use his expertise in creating UI elements, including Flash.
March 2007 – Current
Learning Tree International
Part-time Technology Instructor. I occasionally teach a 4 day ASP.Net 3.5 course in Learning Tree
education centers and other locations across the U.S. This class includes instructions, hands-on
training and live demos.

TeleMed, Inc. ~ Atlanta, Georgia
Lead Web Developer. I am responsible for the development and maintenance of the majority
of TeleMed’s web applications using ASP.NET with SQL Server 2008 on the backend. Most of
these web applications involve take the information currently available from their custom
Windows applications and presenting them on the Internet for easy access for the customer.

Magenic Technologies ~ Atlanta, Georgia
.NET Consultant. I was responsible for .NET development and consulting for external customers. Assisted
BeavEx with converting a VB6 application to a .NET Window Forms application that uses CSLA 1.5 with SQL
Server 2000 on the backend.
October 2006 – February 2008
Comsys IT Services ~ Richmond, Virginia
IT Consultant. I was responsible for .NET development and consulting for external customers. I was a part
of the CarMax.com team, working on backend .NET console applications and a website redesign. I also assisted
in developing a patient tracking system for Patient Services, Inc., which originally was a Microsoft Access
database later converted to a .NET 1.1 web application with a SQL Server 2000 database. It is now a .NET 2.0
Windows application with a SQL Server 2005 database.
May 2005 – October 2006
Philips Medical Systems ~ Atlanta, Georgia
Web Developer. I was part of the Database to Information (D2I) Reporting department, responsible for creating
global reports for the call center and for the entire Philips organization worldwide. These reports were ASP.NET
2.0 web applications with SQL Server 2000 databases.
October 2003 – May 2005
ChartONE, Inc. ~ Atlanta, Georgia
Web Developer. I was a part of the development team responsible for creating and maintaining the applications
that make up the ChartONE eWebHealth Suite, which provides a complete solutions for hospitals to stored and
retrieve their medicals via the internet. These applications are deployed using the .NET 1.1 with a SQL Server
2000 database.
August 2001 – October 2003
Apogee Interactive ~ Atlanta, Georgia
Programming Manager. I was responsible for overseeing all development projects. I was also the project lead over
The Demand Exchange web application (an online energy trading program.) My other duties included: improving the
software development process, establishing standards and best practices, database administration and design, and
training other programmers.

Web Developer/Project Manager. I started with this company as a web developer using ASP, SQL Server 7.0 and 2000,
COM, ADO, VBScript, and JavaScript. For about a year, I was made project manager over several accounts (50% project
mgmt, 50% development). I was also involved with the development and maintenance of the company’s intranet
application, and was project lead over other client work.
